Dark haired lady at the front desk is absolute witch I cannot believe how unprofessional she is! I will not EVER be returning to this store due her. I’ve shopped here for several years and have never been treated so poorly until her. I will drive to Phoenix instead of coming to this store.
Never buying work boots here again! Bought defective work boots and tried to take it back for a new pair. Hawx boots says guaranteed no questions asked. But when I tried to replace them I was told I couldn't cause they wouldn't be able to re-sell the boots I was returning. Why would the manager want to continue selling this defective product? So I'm out $160 on workboots. Shop elsewhere people.
I went to Boot Barn for a hat. Olin greeted me, gave me awesome customer service, and helped me pick a perfect hat. He got it ready for me and formed it to my liking. Great place! Thanks Olin!
Went to shop for western wear. Husband got a straw hat, and some wrangler jeans. Good prices and selection for men.
