I've had multiple bad experiences at the Flagstaff Sephora location, and have honetly been buying product online until the new ULTA in town opended. If you are looking to shop in a clean and friendly atmosphere then I wouldn't waste your time or money heading into Sephora. The staff is beyong RUDE and barely greets, you let alone not making your presence feel welcome. So happy to have other options in town now!!
Sephora in JC Penney was awesome at helping me find a new watch! She was friendly and efficient! I recommend her if you are looking for a new watch or jewelry.
The place is clean. The employees are very nice.
The staff is wonderful and super helpful! The store is small but has almost everything for makeup lovers!
They always have available items I need.
