I've never liked CVS in general. Everything from shampoo to soda to vitamins and prescription drugs is more expensive than Walgreens.nnUnfortunately, for a while our insurance required us to use their pharmacy. There was some kind of issue or confusion or hold up nearly every month when it was time for refills and we were never notified until we were standing at the counter. Why had we signed up for text/email alerts if the system is not going to be utilized to alert us. Of course if we ever did get a text that order was ready it was a 50/50 chance if it actually was.nnOnce they let us pay and leave with only 1/3 of a 90 day supply. I realized when I got home and went straight back and spent several minutes under scrutiny while they stared at my receipt trying to determine if I was lying. Thankfully the girl eventually appeared and admitted her mistake. Things didnt get too out of hand but i wonder what would have happened if she'd gone home for the day. Would they have made my husband go 2 months without insulin we paid for because I had no way of proving I hadnt left with 3 months worth?nnWhen we changed insurance we gave them the new information and yet we had meds declined several times because they kept running through the old insurance. Again we wasted a couple trips to the store because they never notified us of an issue.nnAfter straightening that out one med was still denied. Not covered, ok that happens. They inform us of an alternative that is covered, insisted it was. Get the new script and it's still denied. This one isnt covered either. Fine. Not technically CVS fault but I would not trust any info they give you about your insurance no matter how confident they seem. It was never accurate.nnWhatever system they use to communicate with doctors for refills is riddled with problems. Doc would tell us something was sent over and it would take hours to days for the order to even show up on the pharmacy end.nnI understand headaches happen at every pharmacy no matter the store but I've never experienced the constant issues I have here.nI couldn't be happier that I no longer have to use them.

Always helpful and very fast service at the pharmacy and the staff is always willing to help on the floor questions also ! Moved from Walgreens pharmacy...they have the worst wait times!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I used to go to the Farwell CVS and it was excellent. I expected the same at Fox Point CVS and got terrible service.nnCheck out counter- slow service and on several occasions cashier did not understand how apply coupons correctly and needed to call for helpnPharmacy - slow service there too in store and on phone, when I called pharmacy I was asked if it was alright if they put me on hold and before I could answer they put me on hold and kept me on hold over ten minutesnnPhoto Service- I made a picture calendar and when I looked at my project I saw it had not been binded. I was told “We’re out of binding. You can walk to Best Buy and have them bind it.” I then found out the pictures I had ordered in the morning and came to pick up that evening had not even been printed. I was told they didn’t get to it and that they would do it then. I walked around the store and returned to find my pictures falling on the floor from the machine.nnI do not recommend this CVS.
