I have been on the phone for 40 minutes trying to find out where my prescription are! Got disconnected 3 times!!! Almost out of pills and no help from customer service! Very poorly run company! Internet gives me error message can't get through that way either. Cvs sucks!!!!

CVS Menominee is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are slow, lazy, and don't care about the customers. Takes forever to get anything filled, and they are always misplacing or losing something. They never follow up on anything like refills, or physician contact. They ignore everything and leave you stuck with it at the last minute, when you need it the most. I sit on hold (phone) or in line at least 15 to 20 minutes every time I have to deal with them. If you get angry about it, they threaten to have you arrested and throw you out of the store without your meds. Humanity at it's best here. Go some place else, anywhere else. I gave them 1 star in this review only because I had to in order to post it. It's better than they deserve.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I used them for a few months after my insurance was no longer accepted by Walgreens. I had 3 different scripts over 3 months and they took over 24 hours to fill each of them. I had to go back several times after calling ahead to check the status of the prescription and then still had to wait for over 20 minutes each time when it was supposedly ready. Yesterday was my last straw. I had 3 prescriptions called in for my 2 sick kids at 9am. I called at 3:30pm to make sure they were ready before I picked them up. I was informed that they wouldn't have antibiotics and tamiflu until the following TUESDAY. 4 DAYS. And they never thought to call me and tell me that my kids would go without. I was not pleased. They asked me if I wanted them to call around and see if they could get it from another pharmacy. Uhhhh wouldn't you have done that first instead of just waiting until Tuesday? Nope. I'll never shop there or send prescriptions there again. I switched to Value Care in Marinette and they were wonderful to work with!

The worst pharmacy ever, the attendants are always in a bad mood. And whenever you call the let you hanging there for 10 minutes or more, never helpful and don't treat you like a person, but just like a number. I'll be transferring all my prescriptions to Walmart, even though it is 15 minutes longer to drive.
