60 minutes of investing in your physical, emotion, and mental well-being! I love going to Barre3 because I leave feeling empowered and having broken a sweat. The instructors clearly enjoy what they do and are thoughtful and intentional about each class. The studio itself is clean and welcoming. Love it.
I LOVE Barre3 in Flagstaff. I'm a former Division I runner (cross country and track & field), and now, I am a working mom-of-two. I appreciate the variation in each class ... pushing my muscles to failure quickly... the upbeat music... the encouraging instructors... the breath-work and stretching ... in addition to the amazing strength and conditioning. As I walk out of the studio, I always feel great about myself and my investment of time.
I cannot believe how much I love integrating barre3 into my workout schedule! Such a welcoming community and wonderful instructors. My body already feels so strong and balanced after only a few classes. Suffice to say, I’m hooked!
I love this studio and all of the wonderful people! This place is very positive and welcoming which is exactly what I needed to get back into being healthy and successful! I’m so thankful I found this place it is a blessing. ❤️
Barre3 is awesome! Classes provide a full-body workout... After a couple months, I can already feel and see the difference in my body. Instructors are helpful, friendly, and encouraging. I appreciate the emphasis on self-care and doing what’s best for your body in each class. Would definitely recommend!
