A great place to go if you love getting RIPPED OFF. The customer service staff and manager are horrible. They really don’t care about their members and definitely make it known. My account was messed up multiple times, I was charged for classes I never even got to take. Nobody was able to help me or accommodated me for the mistake, the manager just argued with me. I’ll tell absolutely everyone I know to take their money elsewhere. Orangetheory Flagstaff is the worst place to get a membership!
The frozen contracted I signed was charged and could not be refunded. I was told if I cancel my membership today I would not be charged again. Thanks for the heads up!
I love the energy from the coaches. I also love the fact that OTF helps me focus on my own efforts instead of comparing myself to those around me. I feel less inclined to be harmfully critical about my own heart rate, and much more inclined to push myself when I can literally see the effort on the screen. Definitely recommend OTF to anyone who wants to understand their body better and feel healthy!
Great workout for those focusing on fitness and cardio. Awesome team environment similar to what I got when working out as a part of a sports team. Very positive group and instructors.
They offered a great promotional deal where I got a free heart rate monitor. The app makes planning your sessions and monitoring your progress simple, organized, and fun. The coaches are great - professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated to your success! The classes are very structured and offer plenty of variety so I never have to worry about planning my workout and am working my whole body throughout the week. These are just a few of the many benefits that make a membership worthwhile!
