Best gym in Flagstaff I love this place, its not like a commercial or planet fitness type gym though, its a place for people who love lifting weights or are at least going to take training seriously. Mostly a free weight gym with plenty of plates and every type of bar you could ever need. Also Insurgent has an amazing community, every Sunday they host strongman Sundays where experienced strongman competitors run a workout with strongman type exercise, no experience required, its a ton of fun. Plus this is a 24-hour gym, definitely worth the money.

Best gym I’ve ever worked out at. Period. As a former D1 athlete, I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. The 24 hour access allows me to get my workouts in when my busy schedule allows it, has all the free weights you need for any lift you’re looking to get in, and the instructors for the Martial Arts classes are top tier- everything you could want and more regardless of where your at in your martial arts/weight training journey. And now they even have Strongman classes! They just keep getting better.

I used to train Kenpo down in PHX years ago. I felt the need to start training again, so I checked out their Muay Thai class. I bought a day pass to see if it was legit... came home after my first class and bought a membership. Expect quality instruction from Kru Frank - no BS! If you wanna end your day feeling good, come here to train. You won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Insurgent has stayed clean and kept their doors open. Staying in shape while in this pandemic has been hard and insurgent has been a huge part of my success in the gym.

Absolutely amazing gym. Great atmosphere, clean environment, and good equipment. Definitely recommend this place!
