Honestly do not waste your time or money here. I have been billed twice during this pandemic for months that the gym was closed for and their facilities were inaccessible. I just went into the store during their specified business time, and there was not one staff member to help me quit my number ship, since this has to be done in person and cannot he done over the phone or e-mail. Not that that would be much of a help, i have called numerous times now, and each time i get the voicemail from I’m assuming the owner, but after his speech is given, there is no voice tone or “beep” to leave any kind of Message at all. Nor do they answer their emails. Extremely disappointing. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but seriously, if you’re thinking about joining, don’t. It’s not worth the hassle.

The customer service at this Anytime Fitness is horrible! I understand they are closed due to the pandemic, but you can't even leave a voicemail. I emailed about a billing issue complaint. They took a week to get back to me. Said they would look into it and get back to me. Haven't heard anything in 3 weeks. Twice now they have billed me during the pandemic when I have only had access to the club for 2-5 of my billing cycle. I would be okay if they charged me a prorated amount of the monthly dues, but I can't even talk to anyone about it. When our contract says we get access to the club 24/7, 365, they should not be charging for the entire month when you only get access to the club for 2 days. Maybe I'm wrong and they can. But once again their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!

I emailed Anytime Fitness to cancel my membership. During this process, I had to follow-up a couple of times to recieve confirmation that my membership was canceled. Very recently, I noticed that I was charged for a membership fee, even though I recieved by email that my membership was canceled. I called the main company that collects the membership fees, and was informed that they were not notified my membership was canceled, and I would have to work with the local Anytime Fitness gym to make sure my account is closed, and to refund my money. I never thought this would be such an ongoing process that it's becoming frustrating.

Used to be great. But Management has changed multiple times in the last 2 years. This club is now not responding to any form of communication.

My boyfriend and I stopped in today to get information about what the gym offers and monthly fees. Once we walked in, the manager yelled out “I’ll be there in a minute!”. He was on the phone so we waited patiently in the designated waiting area. After standing there for 15 minutes I looked back in the office and the manager was off the phone, just sitting there chit-chatting with another employee, laughing and joking around. We waited another 5 minutes with that going on. Finally, we got fed up waiting a total of 20 minutes and asked if we should just come back another time. The manager said, “Yeah, maybe come back tomorrow?”. There is no reason for it to take that long, and if the manager was that busy, then he should have sent his employee out to help us. Horrible customer service. Really judgy atmosphere. Would not recommend.
