Just got a membership here about a month ago and so far really enjoy. Has everything I need for a good workout, plenty of space. Guys and gals at front desk are always helpful and polite. Gym is clean, decent price for Flagstaff 53$ a month for me as individual plan.. nice lockers. 5 star

It's OK. It is wasn't for the virus, I'd be at the YMCA, as it's half the price, or the HLC, as for the same price you get a lot more. I got the three month package for 180 dollars, so 60 dollars a month.

It all depends on what you are looking for. I was deciding between this place , the NAU gym (that does allow community members) and Flagstaff Athletic club. All are nice facilities. This place ultimately has less options and is much smaller but it is still right for me. I don't need a pool or basketball court, and I like a quiet, smaller, low-key environment. This gym is fairly small but has all the basics of a gym that most people need: free weights, machine weights, lots of cardio equipment, group classes, showers. It has free wifi. It is quieter and less crowded than the other two gyms. I walk in the door and I don't need to go through a maze to find the workout equipment I'm looking for. The staff are very kind and friendly and there is always plenty of parking. I also love that they are open most holidays. My one gripe is with the showers: the hot water is good. But the rooms are freezing during the winter. It is like the heater doesn't go to that part of the building. Also the water pressure isn't great and there is just nowhere to place shampoo, soap, etc.

While it may be a good gym compared to the others in Flagstaff, it is still not a great gym. It's focus is not on weightlifting, as evident by all the equipment coming from a company that hasn't been in business for over a decade (bodymasters). The gym is focused on saving money (the freeweights are old, the towels suck, the lockers suck) and the music is predominately twenty to thirty years old and played at a volume barely loud enough to hear. When the recommendation was given to get some 100lb plates, the manager said no because they hire people who aren't strong enough to put them away if left out. That being said, the communication between the manager and the users is pretty good, even if it consists of mostly excuses.
