The staff works very slow, they all seem like they are on dope. The food is good but is double the price of subway and most other sandwich shops. In my most recent visit, I had to wait 45 in the restaurant for them to finish cooking 6 sandwiches for a to go order. Would not recommend

Sandwiches are pretty good. Mac and cheese I was not impressed. Just extremely overcooked pasta that is a pile of mush squeezed into aoa littletlittle take out container.nThey push for tips which is kind of annoying. Don't mind tipping, but it's more expensive than other places that don't expect gratuity and there isn't anything special about the experience or any earning of the gratuity, why do they expect it?nAnd we called ahead, ordered 2 subs, they said 15 minutes it would be ready. Got there 20 minutes later and they were not even started. Not the end of the world on that aspect, just kind of lousy to over promise and under deliver.nnI like the subs, they are really tasty and good. I will continue eating here. Just have to deal with the hit or miss customer service. They probably struggle to find good employees like many places do so that is probably the biggest hurdle.

Ordered a sandwich, a bottle of sprite, and a cookie. The delivery time they give me is 6:40. At 7:15 I call the store to see where the my food is. Am told it will be there in 5 min. Ask me to confirm my address. 10 min later my food comes. Fountain sprite, not bottle. Wrong sandwich. I called and complained They said they are refunding me and remade my sandwich. However its been over 40 min and my sandwich still isn't here.
