John really helped me with my social security appeal. He was easy to work with, took care of the tedious paperwork and really prepared me for my hearing. I would highly recommend him! Oh, and Erin, his assistant is very nice and knowledgeable too!

John took on my case feeling confident that it was a case that could be won and it was. The professional level was not up to my standards as I felt most of the paper work was done by my self as well as getting in contact with 3rd parties to verify information, at this point I felt like I was better off representing myself. When I would call into the office I would never get straight forward responses and no one seemed to know what was happening and you would be asked the same questions over and over again. Trying to get a returned phone call was so complicated unless you were willing to call 2-3 times a day to reach someone. Every contact made I felt like I had to repeat my case or why I was calling and it felt so unorganized or like the information was not being put down from prior communication. John himself was helpful and did get the job done however, the push to be organized and to stay in contact with clients could be worked on. I also received a letter that was written by his kid (which you could tell) who was in the office at the time as I was informed by the receptionist. I feel this is not very professional and confidentiality should be taken more seriously. The case and what was expected changed so much throughout the 3 years of dealing with this that I can’t say I’m over thrilled but I am happy the battle is now over.
