Ordered take out last night. Partner went to pick it up. Waited at the counter while the staff ignored his presence and continued working. Manager or whoever it is with the spiral earrings came to the counter. Serious lack of customer service. The food was good but the large stuffed crust pizza wasn’t cut properly. Had to cut the entire pizza at home myself. Probably won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut in Wausau or Weston anymore. Both locations have little to no customer service - they will blame it on being under staffed. I worked in the food industry for 6 years and yes sometimes we were under staffed. But that didn’t mean we would treat our customers as if they were a burden.The customers keep your business open so the least you can do is acknowledge them in a timely manner and show that you care - even a simple thank you would suffice.

We ordered the Big Box deal and it was awful! The boneless wings were tough, with too much sauce- just slathered on the chicken if you could call it that. The pizzas had very thick crusts, sauce was thick, cheese was powdery- all in all not such a deal. We used to love to go to Pizza Hut - for many years- and we felt bad that many of them were closing. But after this experience- close 'em- the sooner the better- especially the one on 17th Ave. in Wausau, Wi.

Placed a simple carry out order and they forgot my wings on top of the wait time was 20 minutes longer then they said it would be

I used to love Pizza Hut. I ordered a big dinner box that was supposed to last the weekend for my love and I. He ended up getting sick first from it then I did. The pizza tasted like it had moldy cheese or something. The cheese bread was burnt, and inedible. The pasta was the only life saver for dinner after spending a lot. I didn't bother with a refund, due to how much was gone. Just super disappointed.
