Took 30 minutes for 1 cheese bread
Got the wrong bread, had to call 6 times because it went to voice-mail and when I finally got through they asked if I could come get the correct item and I said no i went on my break they weren't psychic when they said they needed my name for the note they'd leave for the manager. Then they again asked if I wanted to just get the bread I said no and they said fine and hung up
I ordered a pizza Saturday and when I walked in I asked for the lunch special. I always forget that it is only available during the week days and Eric informed me of this. I ended up ordering a deep dish for my son and I. He gave me a deal on the pizza, even though I was wrong, and ened up with a drink also. Overall a two thumbs-up and happy with the service.
Their pizza is good but a cashier knowingly gave us raw pizza. My bf even heard one of the line cooks tell the cashier it was still raw and she still tried to sell it to us. I told my bf to go back and tell them to cook it longer. Worst experience there. This happened around 5:25PM on November 16th.
