You better hope you never need customer service. I was on hold for an hour and a half, and still no one answered the call.
I received an email this morning that I had until 11:00 PM to order for tomorrow's delivery. I went on at 2:55 PM to order, and noticed after my order went through, that the delivery date for my order showed 12/6/18 instead. I called and they said I missed my deadline. They put the blame on me, but I assured her that I was looking at my email and it stated my deadline was 11 PM. See attachment. Very unorganized and disappointed with the service. Every other time I order, it states that I can order before midnight the previous night before delivery. I guess they say that to make it look convenient, but I guess you can't believe it.nnUPDATE: It is now 6:10 PM, and I just received a text notification from Schwan's telling me I have until 11 PM tonight to order. I went back on just to check, and sure enough it still gives me the date of 12/6 would be next available delivery date. This company needs some management.
I love the food you can order and the best part is they deliver it to you!
They have the best ice cream.
