Had keys made for our restaurant by a local hardware store, both with their machine and by hand, and neither of them worked. Used a KeyMe kiosk at our local Menard's and the keys work perfect! Very thankful we didn't have to call a locksmith!
I was totally surprised when I found out that the keys were going to be sent to me in the mail. It was very easy and fast to have the keys done in the kiosk .Everything is done right there including paying. When I received the keys, I tried them and they worked great. I am totally satisfied with the whole process.
It was a convenient service and keys were made promptly. However, I ordered 3 identical keys and two of them didn't work. I was able to take a small file to them and after deburring they worked okay. I would use them again.
One of the keys I copied did not work. I emailed KeyMe and got a great response on the same day. This company is easy to work with and stands behind their products! They exceeded my expectations for customer satisfaction and I will use their kiosk to make keys again!
They did not have my key in stock (it was a business key but I thought it was a pretty stock key), it took 3 days to receive. Only reason 4star
