Fred Mueller Automotive

I have spent my entire career working in the automotive business and I currently own and operate an Independent Used Car Lot in ths area. Shopping for a new car can be an exhausting painful process for many. I have been shopping for a car for the better part of six months. My experience with Fred Mueller went so far above and beyond any experience I had with any other dealer. I bought my car from Landon. Having spent almost 20 years in the car business I can tell you he is as good as they come. From the moment I walked in he treated me like a friend. No games or gimmicks. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was buying and it was refreshing that he could answer all of my questions. I think what separates him from most sales people is he does all the little things right. He is compassionate and friendly. He knows the products that he sells very well and lastly, he has been doing it long enough to be able to answer almost any question you might have. I did not buy the day I went in. He was very diligent with his follow up but he did not bombard me with the typical things that car sales people will tell you. I bought my truck and I was in and out in less than an hour. Landon, Dustin, and the rest of the team could not have done a better job. 5 Stars. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward honest and friendly experience.

Your dealership has earned my business from day one back in September of 2018 when I called about some brakes that were out on my truck while traveling. Your willingness to service a person who was traveling but in a bind has turned into a wonderful business relationship for both of us. The service department rocked and Brian became my salesperson for life. The truck you serviced was my second purchase from the dealership, all because the service department was kind and helpful.

I scheduled and appointment due to check engine light going on and off. Also my dash and floor vents weren't working; only the defrost was working. They checked the code for the vents and fixed the mode actuator. My check engine light is still going on and off. The service department said I'd have to schedule another appointment and pay $60 to see what was wrong!! Why wasn't this fixed at my appointment? Very upsetting!!
