Charlie was amazing sales/service representative. I would strongly recommend asking for him if you are there to look at a vehicle. He went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle and made sure we had fun doing so! Also, Marc the finance manager was great! He explained everything very well and seemed to genuinely care about us through the process. We will continue to come here first for all of our future needs

The two Kocourek dealerships we visited yesterday were an improvement from the Hyundai one we visited two years ago. The salespeople were both good and willing to help. I would at least consider buying from them when we are ready
