Went to buy a Volkswagen and was assisted by Blake. The vehicle was just finished being detailed at a different location so he personally drove me there in one of the newer Audi's on site. Felt no pressure to buy whatsoever. I did, however, make an offer that I felt was fair and he made it happen. No back and forth or any other games between me and management. Had a few good conversations with Blake while the paperwork was being prepared. Treated respectfully from the moment I stepped in the door. Definitely would recommend giving them a visit.

Blake was an excellent sales rep. He was kind and patient and not at all pushy. While dealing with Pete the GM, he was honest and up front. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Overall great experience. PS. LOVE my new Palisade!

We took the drive up to check out the impressive selection of Santa Fe’s that Kocourek advertised on their website. The selection didn’t disappoint and we were warmly greeted by Alex when we arrived (we had made an appointment in advance). He assisted us with a friendly and helpful attitude as we test drove multiple vehicles. He didn’t pressure us to settle until we found the one we wanted! We spend the entire day there choosing and purchasing our new Hyundai and I am very grateful to the entire staff that made our day as comfortable as possible. They even chatted and joked with our young son so make the day more fun for him as well. We are grateful to Alex and everyone there and would recommend seeing him if you’re looking for a new/used Hyundai in the future!

I Bought my car last Wednesday and had an amazing experience. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and Alex exceeded my expectations and kept me within my budget! The service was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even stayed after hours to make sure everything was perfect! I’ve definitely recommended Kocourek to a few of my friends and coworkers so far!

It has been seventeen years since I have bought a new vehicle. The good people at Kocourek were more than accomadating. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. If anyone is in search of a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend going to Kocourek for your new set of wheels!
