I’ve been a regular customer of HR Block and I went in for 1 single copy of my tax information and they made me pay $20.00 saying the paper is so expensive???? Really one piece of paper I asked for in 5 years of doing business with them. It’s been a terrible experience with HR Block and they don’t answer the phone or return calls when you need them. I will never do business with again. (Update) the number you gave to make things “right” has done nothing. They said I could file a complaint.

Horrible service, failed MULTIPLE times to file my taxes correct after saying they found the 'problem'. Made up excuses and took over 5 months to get the return, zero accountability. It took MULTIPLE phone calls and 3 trips to the office to finally get someone to do their job correctly. I hope they improve their training VASTLY.
