They are a rip off and don't do taxes properly and lie about credits. Need to train employees better. Waited 3 wks for refund to find out my taxes were never filed electronically like requested and had to have them redone to include the proper form for property tax credit, cause she filled out property sale form. Now I am awaiting another 2 wks for my state refund.

I an trying to get our taxes done , but can't reach anyone but yet it ses there open. I wish companies could do as they advertise.
