Multiple orders with the exact same results. 1 mile away and it takes over an hour to ever get anything. Call and it is always the same exact reason and answer. “Our driver just left I didn't have one I’m sorry” every single time without fail. So mostly my fault for continuing to order but one pro you can always expect is that they are consistent
Amazing that a place that prides itself on its delivery service calls and to say they can’t deliver! 1 mile away and wasn’t given a reason!!! No problem taking your money then get stiffed on the 3/5 business day return policy. If you have a choice order anywhere but here! For those that think this is petty I ordered from them 2 days prior and was less than impressed as well!
Location is excellent (except when busy). Service was exceptional & any concerns was answered effortlessly. Overhead music selection brought flashbacks to the Early 2000s when Punk-Rock was at its high.
Well since you wanna know! It was to much of a problem I guess for the minority, shorter girl with dark hair to put my 2 ordered sandwiches in a sack! When I asked her if she could put my sandwiches in a sack she ignored me so I did it myself along with a couple napkins! I said never mind I will do it myself and did and left!
They are fast and have tasty sandwiches. They are more basic and have less options than Subway, but i like them a little better.
One tiny issue, they marked them with the sandwich # but only marked 2 of the 4 lettuce wraps as such. This is not a big deal but i did request they accurately mark all the sandwich wrappers.
