Normally I have a decent experience and most of the time even if there is a mistake made I can let it roll. I was informed tonight when I came in that they cannot serve me because I am not wearing a mask I told them I have a medical condition and cannot. They then said they were sorry but that’s the rules I laughed asked if they were serious and the individual said yeah sorry . I look left and right there are at least 5 customers inside guess what not wearing masks I point them out and they said well they are not ordering so it’s ok. I don’t respect this kind of discrimination super disappointed.

Sandwiches were great, we ordered online for pickup. As for "Social Distancing" there was none, this location is not conducive to "social distancing" by patrons. Masks were in effect. However, due to lack of social distancing, poor customer guidance/Management when ordering, will not return. It's a Klusterfluck inside.
I order the same thing everytime I go here. Which is 2-3 times a month. I go in today with my wife and order my gargantuan with no ham extra salami. The cashier (obviously new) tells me hang on and asks the manager who is standing behind her. she turns around and says I can't do that. I'm like I order it every time they just charge me more for the salami. She says James the store manager said I can't do that. So I speak to her but directed it to James please tell him i have an allergy to the curing in the ham how can I not substitute it off my sandwich today when I order it all the time? He doesn't respond or even acknowledge me so I ask again for my request and get told my manager says I can't. So we left. It will be the last time I ever eat at JJ's and that sucks because I love the sandwiches. It will also be the last time I ever get catering for my company meetings too. Which is about 5-6 times a year with 25 orders. Great customer service James.
Person was so rude taking my order. All I asked was for was a different bread like that was so bad.
