So, tracking your order is really cool . . . but why did my pizza need a "Quality Check" for over 20 minutes ? because the tracking page doesn't tell you when they screwed up the order and had to do it over. Oh well . . . they also said it would take 28 minutes when I ordered . . . now 50 minutes later. My contactless delivery is here. Yep! You guessed it. Wrong Pizza. But at least I got a "contactless delivery" . . . Now what do I do with this . . uhm . . . whatever it is. Good luck!
It's Domino's. Set your expectations accordingly. The main things that stand out to me are that they haven't mixed up any order I've placed in the past, but they have made minor mistakes that they were more than willing to remediate with a replacement order. It's a convenient location, and I understand the traffic in this area will slow down delivery times by ≈10 minutes at worst - that's not their fault at all. Can't exactly call it contactless delivery either, but I personally don't care about that. Better than 3 stars, not quite 5.
Yesterday I rated them a one star purely based on the delivering driver, which I stand by, but it was unfair because the pizza and food was good. They did reach out because they apologized for the delivery not being within the 30 minutes and I truly appreciate that. Although the driver was so rude and condescending, the store employees were very understanding and friendly. Store is 5 star, but the delivery driver is still terrible.
bad delivery experience... the driver had a bit of an attitude with me, kept pestering me for a tip, and kept giving me a dirty look.. the pizza was very good though, would get delivery again perhaps
I stopped in to this Dominos just searching for a place to wash my hands. They were the only place that would let me use their facilities. Super kind and of course pizza was awesome!!!
