This was my first time at Kocourek Kia for my 2017 Optima. From making the appointment to driving off in a freshly washed vehicle, the experience was top notch. I recommend their service department and will use them again. I live 70 miles away but feel the drive is well worth it.

Great service, as always! They took care of my vehicle without a long wait time. They were very generous and handled the costs of the visit, since it was something I had previously been in for just a few months prior. My only complaint is the lack of PPE worn by employees. Most of the employees working the customer service end or in the open in general were either wearing masks improperly by not covering their nose, using a neck gaiter as a mask substitute, or simply not wearing any facial covering at all while servicing customers indoors at their counter. Otherwise, the service and maintenance work was wonderful. The gentleman who handled my visit was extremely polite and friendly, and wore a real mask properly. I wish I remembered his name, because he delivered fantastic customer service.

Kind and knowledgeable. They do not pester you when looking at cars very respectful of car buying process.

Claimed they replaced the o2 sensor when purchasing a pre owned vehicle because the check engine light was on, only to realize 300 miles later that they in fact did not replace it, they only reset the code and sent me on my way. I had to then take it in to a local dealer for them to tell me the o2 sensor was NOT replaced and cost me another $200. They are refusing to reimburse me anything. I expected more from this “reputable” place of business

Lost a key for my vehicle and i drove over an hour to get there. Somehow was either given the wrong info or misheard them when they told me to come in on the weekend to have a new key made. They made me a key free of charge for the mix up and allowed a friend who lived closer pick it up so they could mail it to me. Very friendly and understanding
