Last year your service department told an elderly relative that her hybrid Escape needed more than $4,000 in transmission work. I had it towed home from your dealership, ran some basic diagnostic tests on it and discovered all it needed was the 12v battery replaced. The Escape has been fine ever since without the thousands of unnecessary repairs your service department tried to swindle her out of.

Bought a 19 ford fusion was told nothing is wrong with it. Turns out there is a few issues. I have warranties and I want my car fixed, if not i know the 2015 consumer protection act protects me from this and so does lemon law as I've made multiple attempts to let you guys fix the issues. Id simply like my vehicle fixed if you guys cant do thay I will utilize my resources thanks. P.s to the people beware.

I left a review a year ago and wish I could review them again (but I can't so I'm editing the last one). Great service, especially from Dylan and the rest of the service team. Everyone was polite and understanding! Highly, highly recommend!

The sales crew is friendly and helpful, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences with the service dept. They never call you back when parts are in to schedule your appt, they don’t order the parts they need to, and one time they never even put me on books for an appt! I’m not writing this on one bad experience. I’ve contacted the management before as well. Pretty much any time my truck had issues I’m worried about what will go wrong this time. All I was asking for was better communication which is not much. I’ve had family and friends with the same struggles. I strongly believe they are understaffed for the volume going in or there is a leadership issue. Now I’m stuck with an extended warranty that ties me here.

Pete Roth and his team at Kocourek were great to work with. Pete found the model and color Corsair we wanted in Chicago and was able to have it ready for us in 48 hours just as the rebates and incentives were expiring. Buying process was easy and efficient and the price was very competitive. Thank you Pete, Dave and Sean!
