The worst experience we ever had. The level of incompetency is shocking. She made so many mistakes that lead to such a mess with our taxes. We called her many times asking to resolve these issues and we were assured it was a mistake and would soon be resolved. We have had to hire a CPA to fix the mistakes and still have had no response after leaving multiple messages. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who knows what they are doing.
