Great facility, the trainers are supportive and helpful and the classes are fun! Supportive and welcoming for everyone.
First rate fitness and wellness center! Excellent and well maintained facilities and equipment. Very friendly and well trained staff. Extensive classes with accommodating times. Moderate membership fees and offer a military discount. The walking track is a tad short due to the building constraints.
great place for an adult workout space. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Holds group classes in different settings both inside and out. Lap pool, warming pool, track, cardio equipment, resistance machines, and weight benches available. Personal trainers available. Massage services available. Hours change depending on the day(5am-10pm M-Th, Fri 5am-8pm , Sat 6-6, Sun 7am-3pm)
