I went in today not really exacting to end up driving home in a new vehicle. We initially went to try a different vehicle, but after the test drive it didn't feel like the one. Joe did a great job in finding a car in our price range and one that would fit us better. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Great customer service!!
Came to van horn today to look at a new truck and ended up purchasing it. The process was well explained and as efficient as could be considering I hadn't done any part of the process ahead of time. Taylor Kopidlansky was my sales rep who was also dealing with 2 or 3 other customers at one time. He did a fantastic job jumping between customers and I never felt forgotten about. This helped my discussion showing me the customer service I would expect from here. My father in law also purchased vehicles from here and if they keep it up I would purchase from here again.
This just might be the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. From the first phone call until the moment I pulled off in my new car ud83dude98 the service I received was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure I satisfied. I drove from Michigan and took the Ferry ⛴ufe0f across from Ludington MI to Manitowoc WI which was suggested to me by the dealership staff. The trip was fun the paperwork was painless. If you need a New car I highly recommend Van Horn regardless of your physical location they will make the trip worthwhile.
