The entire team earned these five stars. Brian was a straightforward sales rep that worked quickly to help us make a deal. We live about five hours from the dealership and were concerned about the reality of the camper matching the photos. The unit was exactly as described. When we arrived to complete the deal and take delivery, Gary guided us through the features of the unit. We were new to a travel trailer and he was thorough, clear, and patient. He and his team helped with our hitch and went above and beyond to fix a minor issue with our wiring. Dylan in the Finance department was clear, friendly, and also thorough. No pressure at any point in the process. We would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new or used RV!

We just bought a Crossroads at this dealership. Brian did a great job answering all of our questions, and didn't make us feel pressured to buy. He gave us plenty of time to look at the different units on the lot, including at their other locations. Hailey did a fantastic job of going over our rig and answering our questions. Travis worked magic with our trade in and financing. All in all a great experience!

Brian, went out of his way to make our buying experience a painless experience, gave us his personal cellphone number in case of any questions, the whole team was onboard with us, have called Brian a couple of times in the first few days and he answered all of our questions and answered right away no hiding behind voice mail, the whole experience was great from the looking to the actual buying and financing. GREAT JOB BRIAN AND TEAMnI would have given 10 stars but that isn’t a choice

On our way to Door County we noticed a problem with our travel trailer refrigerator when we stopped in Cleveland for gas. Drove nearby to Kunes RV and asked if one of their service men could take anlook. They were willing to look at it without an appointment and fix the problem. Thank you Ray and Kit for helping us out, very much appreciated.
