We were politely greeted by staff, who was knowledgeable and friendly. Very little inventory to look at however for both vehicles and riding gear.

First time taking my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 to Vern's for service.nFront end appears to have been out of alignment since I bought it in 2018 ( did not buy it at Vern's).nVery happy with the service and explanation regarding the difference in dealers checking new machines for proper alignment before going out to customer.nVern's will be getting my business from now on.

Specified a specific part number for ordering. had part shipped to me. Incorrect part shipped. They have a no return policy. I offered to pay return shipping for correct part exchange. they refused. Obviously they need the money more than I do.

I brought my motorcycle to Vernes for repair. It was still acting up when I went to pick it up, however the way they handled the situation is what sets them above the rest. They go above and beyond for their customers, Levi is fantastic and they have earned all my service needs!
