This would be a 5 star company if Gillian, the owner’s wife was out of the equation. She schedules( if that’s what you want to call it) delivery and pick up of boxes and somehow fails at this simple task and then blames you for her incompetence. On top of being incompetent she is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Unfortunately she knows she can get away with it because her husband’s company is pretty much the only game in town.
Avoid this woman at all cost. Speaking to her will make you cringe.

Great place great people
Great company!! I really love the storage box!! The company is awesome and the owners are great people to work with. Not to mention, they are running a family-owned business, which I prefer over dealing with a corporation

Company is decent... pricing gets a little rediculous outside of Flagstaff. When I called to ask about the diffferent pricing a lady named Joy was so mean, now i won't give them business anymore. She did not stop talking over me and calling me names after we started debating. She then told me how she manages the entire company and doesnt want or need my business. If she worked for me she would be jobless.
