This jimmy johns serves plastic be careful you might choke on some!
I come here pretty often and it's usually great. Im not sure what happened today though, I looked at my sandwich in dismay as I saw ingredients I asked there to be a lack of, as well as a lack of ingredients I asked for. So, thanks for making a rough day a touch worse.
I just had such an unbelievably frustrating time getting my food that I had ordered online. I ordered at 11:40 for 12:45 and went to pick it up, but was forced to stand there and wait another 30 minutes. While I was waiting I was watching people walk in to order and get there food before me. A women said she just ordered in the parking lot and got her food before me. This was unreal to me and this is even after I had asked how long 3 different times and was told it's going to be a wait. Customer service was garbage! Never again will I be going to Jimmy John's, so bummed out!
GOOD sandwiches! Nice staff. Affordable.
Was not freaky fast. Pre ordered for carry out online and had to wait over thirty minutes for my sandwhich. Asked them if I could get a coupon or a discount for next time, was told no. Not my fault they can't time manage making bread better. How the hell does a sandwhich shop run out of bread?
