Recently placed an order for delivery, quoted 45 min, I called at 70 min, changed to pick up. went in and picked up food that had obviously just been on the heat rack for so long. Food was the worst quality ever received from this location. I don't have a problem waiting for delivery, I have a problem being quoted incorrect time. I really feel like no matter how busy the place is the website always quotes 45 minutes. I've worked pizza for long enough to be embarrassed by it. I think this was the nail in the coffin for this particular location.

Great pizza and if you create an account online they sometimes send awesome coupons like 50% off all pizzas. They prepare it quick and pickup always goes smoothly.

I always order garlic sauce and sometimes an extra icing for the Cinnamon bread, but never receive the garlic sauce or extra icing that I pay for. I call and even let them know that I ordered online and please don't forget my garlic and icing. And they still always forget something. And I always put to cut square but always comes triangle. It's not fair for the drivers to have to redeliver the smallest things. Don't do any good to fill out the survey. I've done it numerous times and nothing changes. So whatever.

They were very busy the other night when I went there and waited a very long time. My son and I ended up getting a white gumball from the machine which wins you free cheesy bread. They ended up forgetting that and had to make a new one. Also my pizza came out overdone so the manager Brandon personally made us a new pizza and cheesebread and made it right by giving us $20 credit. So I will come here again and the food tasted great when it was all said and done.
