I am extremely disappointed. If I could give it a 0 I would have. I live less than 2 miles away from the shop. Called after 40 minutes of waiting and was told it was on its way and would be there soon. Called again 20 minutes later and told the same thing. “Oh it’s on it’s way right now.” Another 20 minutes later. I called and cancelled and walked to get food down the street so the kids could eat. 20 minutes later I get a call from the driver as I am leaving the Store and heading home, they are at my door. I am no longer at home and heading back with food already. I don’t like to complain about businesses because I understand that sometimes things happen, however this was unacceptable! Just be honest and let us know that there’s a little delay. Is it that hard? The person who answered didn’t say much and just handed the phone over to the manager who did not seem to care too much as to why I was upset. He answered and told me who he was and that he was just handed the phone to talk to him. What kind of customer service is this? Not acceptable!

Id give it 0 stars... they gave a friend of mine food poisoning. I wouldnt recommend eating there. Its been 9 people i know who have eaten it and got food poisoning the same day. But i give it 1 star because i know a few nice people...

I order from this location quite a bit. Food is always good. But they have really become pretty slow in the delivery department. This is my go to lunch option when I get swamped at work and need a quick lunch. For the last year or so delivery regularly takes over an hour during lunch time. I go to JJ specifically because they market fast delivery. I could get lunch from any restaurant delivered in an hour. I have been ordering lunch here less and less because of how reliably slow the delivery has become. I hope they can fix it because a quick delivery lunch option is super helpful.

Will not let you use their bathroom. I am delivering down the street in a semi and wanted some food and to use their bathroom. No bathroom use no food purchase. Subway 1 block down will let me use their facilities so I ordered subs from them.
