Have had good experiences previously, but not having a good one now. Order was first delayed 30 minutes past their estimated time. Next our order arrives and we discover it is definitely not ours. Had to go through an extensive process to contact them. No direct phone number, just “chat” initially. They requested a picture, then said we can get our correct order order sent out. Now it’s giving us another 50 minute wait and we can’t even eat the incorrect order because they want it back. So basically we paid full price to wait 2 hours to get our food. Still waiting.
This was a great service at first. Until all their fees started going up so I cancelled my unlimited delivery. Yet today, there was a charge on my bank account for it. I have emailed but thought I'd warn people on here too. I want my money back.
The food delivery service is fast, cheap & the delivery drivers are Great! Nice selection of restaurants to order from.
Worst food delivery service. DO NOT USE. If you like late delivery, screwed up orders, and no recourse once they have delivered the wrong food items, then this is the place for you. Seriously though, save yourself alot of aggravation and use any other food delivery service.
