Ohm yoga instructors Tammy Zee and Nedra B. are top notch. Never had a bad class yet. And now we can participate live from anywhere
My wife and I took a class at Om Yoga Studio and it was a FANTASTIC experience! Nedra Blietz was our instructor and made sure that we were comfortable and overviewed what the class would be like. There was also the use of Essential Oils, which I found to be a unique twist that made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely make time to check out a class from Om; it’ll be one of the best decisions you make!
Head over to OM if you want an authentic yoga experience. The atmosphere is healing and the owners give a warm welcome.
