I just finished the 6 week challenge, and am absolutely signing up for membership. Focused, challenging, well taught classes along with the straight-forward nutrition guide and suggested meal plans are a really effective method for addressing your health and/or fitness goals. For the first time actual fitness--not just temporary weight loss -- seems like an attainable goal. I would definitely recommend this gym to others!
Went here for a seminar and was blown Away by Dr. Czys. Wish I lived closer or he had a Gym in Hudson for me to be apart of the infectious healthy community!!
I highly recommend Eupraxia to people of any fitness level! Eupraxia not only helped me in everyday life but also as a collegiate athlete! Classes are challenging but always fun when training alongside such amazing people that are a part of Eupraxia! The trainers are awesome and always willing to help you in any way possible! Family friendly too! :)
Great gym. They make the formula for weight loss / maintaining a healthier lifestyle simple. Follow recommendations and do the workouts. It works!
