Such an inviting, chill, open community of teachers who are truly welcome and open to yogis of all skill levels. I love going here when I can, and they have a nice variety of class types and times to choose from.
This place has changed the shape of yoga in La Crosse. I came from Madison where studios came in all shapes and sizes and I was hungry for this type of studio. Plus it's only blocks from my house. Positive vibes, so many offerings plus super convenient.
I went yesterday to my first class at the PALM + PINE class in Lacrosse. It was a great experience. Such friendly faces & amazing environment. Highly recommend!!
Attending a class at Palm + Pine is like a breath of fresh air! This is one of the most inclusive yoga studios I've ever been to. People of all ages, genders, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds congregate here with smiles and ease. Whether you're a first time yogi or have more experience, this studio will welcome you with open arms. The instructors are down to earth and inspiring. The very best in the La Crosse area! :)
