We were out of town for a wedding when my Chevy Cruze started leaking oil. I did call the dealership service department and they didn’t answer but decided to go there anyway. Tyler in the service department was great. He was up front with us telling us they did have a full schedule which we completely understood. He asked the one service mechanic if he could at least looks at my car and he did. Although it was a part that didn’t take too too long to fix they still did what they could to fit us in, even gave us a loaner while we waited, and they were seriously so amazing to do this all for us. Amazing service through it all!!
The customer service is always good. However, my experience this time was excellent! I felt like the gentleman helping me went above and beyond and can’t thank him enough for his extreme kindness.
Repair completed on time and as quoted. Somehow they even seemed to fix my navigation system which hasn’t worked for 2 yrs or more, despite their previous efforts. That had nothing to do with the ac problem that brought me in this time. Don’t know if it was accidental repair or what since there was nothing about it on the bill. Either way, thanks!
You guys were very quick. And had a great waiting area. I will defiantly be coming back. :)
