Most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever been involved in. Working with Brian made it painfully clear how much better the Dahl team is than the other area dealers. He was nice, cheerful, helpful, and was very respectful towards our budget and needs/desires. When finalizing the sale, Laura was great, fast, and didn't feel anything like the typical car financing specialist. Dahl just earned customers for a very long time.

I highly recommend staying far away from Dahl Ford when it comes to routine maintenance on your vehicle. I’ve unfortunately experienced poor-quality service to my vehicle as well as customer service. In mid-July I utilized Dahl Ford for a routine ‘Works Package’ which I’ve done elsewhere with Ford Dealers, no problem. Within a month, I noticed a pool of oil under my engine. After getting on the ground, I found the entire Engine Splash Panel beneath the car soaked in oil as well as a low level from the leak that was occurring. I took my vehicle in Aug. 31 to have the problem addressed. I handed my keys over and explained what I had discovered. Within 20 minutes, my name was called and my keys handed to me from a different team member and I was told “it’s all fixed, have a good day.” No explanation to what occurred, no explanation to if the oil was topped off, no explanation to if the areas impacted by the leak were cleaned off. I was dumbfounded at this service. I spoke up immediately asking for answers to why this leak occurred. After this team member went back into the shop for a reason, he returned to say the oil filter wasn’t tightened properly from the previous change that occurred in the shop.nnWhile I did appreciate having an answer, I still took the steps to report the experience to the business so it doesn’t happen to others. I did receive a call from the team member that originally assisted me with the reason he wasn’t able to provide the details in person. I did respect the transparency from him. Now, at the start of October, the Engine Splash Shield that was soaked in oil has detached from beneath the vehicle and has been severely damaged from dragging against the road. I wrote in to request what could be done, if it would be fixed or replaced, but have received no response. I've fully removed the piece and stood it up in my garage, oil has pooled off of it. It shows how the piece wasn't cleaned and I suspect the weight of the oil only assisted in the piece detaching. (See photos)nnThere have been two other instances where I’ve waited on my vehicle and heard one customer want to report the behavior of a team member as he was berating another team member in the shop with unnecessary language. And on the other occasion, a woman was needing tire repair and she was quoted a large amount for the repair, only to be addressed 20 or so minutes later that she had tire insurance. I’d imagine with appropriate training, team members would look for this type of coverage first, before jumping into what a customer will owe.nnI don’t want to remain silent. If this type of work continues to others means of transportation, it should be noted. I am disappointed in Dahl Ford and will not be returning for further maintenance. I will strongly encourage friends to seek vehicle maintenance elsewhere and hope the training and customer service improves in a proper timeframe.

These guys are so disrespectful it isn’t even funny!!!! When you walk in they act like nobody even came through the door! On top of this they don’t know how to talk on the level of customer service they wanna talk crazy to people. They don’t greet you or give you any attention what so ever! You gotta go ask for assistance for anything! On top of that after everything you wait hours for nothing. No response about approvals whatever so you just walk out. Not a normal car lot! Ownership should be firing and hiring some actual sales people! I’ll also leave my review on BBB!

Stay away have the neighbor boy fix your car trade it for a bike or walk but do not take your car here for service. Worse than being poor quality they are dishonest. Had my college age daughter who is away from home take her Ford Escape in for a check engine light. Went to the dealer since we weren’t familiar with the area service businesses thinking it might be more expensive but at least they are honest. WRONG!!!!!nMy daughter called me and said they wanted her to do $1200 worth of repairs. On 3 of the items totaling $700 the paperwork said guest requests. The “guest “my 21 year old daughter did not request anything. Classic case of trying to take advantage of a young inexperienced person. Please do not patronize this crooked dealer!!

The service tecs. Eat a pizza the intire time they worked on my truck. They need to focus full attention on what they are working on. Not Very unprofessional who is running this shop?????????
