They treated us well and I'm happy with the service but their compliance with mandatory masking left us wanting. Staff were wearing masks but many failed to wear them properly negating any effectiveness. Multiple staff were wearing their masks below their noses. We spent a significant amount of time waiting to complete our purchase and we didn't necessarily feel safe. Jonathan was fantastic in every way. He tried to speed things up and wrore his mask properly at all times. He did an amazing job and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The rest of the staff interactions were less impressive.

Josh and the service team are always great. This round he took the time to explain the concern I had. He even walked me out to my truck to explain what was happening and eased my concern. He also walked through the tire options with me and explained the different options as well as his recommendation. He’s awesome. Great customer service. I’ll be back!!

After researching vehicles, we chose the Nissan Frontier. Pischke Motors being the nearest dealer was our next stop. Ryan and Trevor were extremely helpful in taking care of all the details and did so in a thorough manner. We could not be more satisfied with our experience. I do enjoy this vehicle.

Ryan was fabulous, as was the person who scheduled my appointment with him. Ryan was prepared, prompt, and got right to it with what I was looking for in a Murano. He immediately found what I was looking for and had me test driving it in minutes. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car buy I've every had.
