After trying several different classes, I couldn’t imagine not going here on a regular basis! You get a great workout and leave feeling accomplished and also relaxed at the same time. The instructors are all so awesome, and kind! The studio itself is beautiful, and love that it’s close to home! Right in Holmen across the street from Festival, you should absolutely try it out for yourself!

You will find it all here....passionate instructors who truly love what they do, beautiful workout spaces, a variety of challenging workouts that leave you feeling stronger (and sweatier!), and flexible times that accommodate anyone’s busy schedule. Come check this place out!

I just had my first heated class with Laura and loved it! The temperature was perfect, the space is beautiful, and Laura taught a fantastic class!
