Great staff!!! Outstanding culture in the facility. It's fantastic to have this resource in our community
Small gym, started with Classes in November and then my schedule didn't allow me to continue, so I switched to just use the gym. The people are kind and friendly and the gym is empty most of the time during the day. The classes are enjoyable.
Cool people. Great instructors. Fun for youths and adults.

Damn good place to learn Martial Arts. Everyone is helpful to beginners and membership is affordable.
