Creme of the le creme of pizza!!!
I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this Rockys than the one in Onalaska. Very quick food & always make my order correct. Friendly staff.
Compared to the Onalaska location, pizza isn't as good here. Some of the appetizer options are not available in this location either. Compared to Onalaska location, left desiring more.nnFor a Rock's franchise, it's 3-star. The Onalaska location is superior.
Ordered delivery two weeks ago to a friend's house. Was cool with the 1.5hr wait. Took over two hours and cheese was melted but dough was raw on all the pizzas. Figured it was an off night. Tried again today 9/3/20. Said 1.5hrs only took 1 hour. My sausage motherlode didn't have the cheese in the crust. My jalapenio bread sticks were just regular ones. Definitely avoid this location. $30 to $60 for pizza is way too much for bad quality and messed up orders. Go to onalaska location or call elsewhere.
Order wasn’t even made yet and it’s already 20 minutes late. Manager asked if I wanted to cancel the order to fix the issue. My entire work crew is now without lunch. Most ignorant service I’ve had in a long time. Excuse was the driver left without my order?? But I was told it would take atleast a half hour to make it... so you sent him to deliver without food a half hour before it was done? Great business you got here!! NOT!
