I've started my workout journey with QuickHit Fitness and I am amazed at the great atmosphere and knowledge the trainers bring. When started the trainers took me through a fitness test and not only did they find areas that I've struggled with (specifically shoulder and lower back pain) but were able to point out why this is happening. My specific example of this is I used to be a runner in high school and college and I have not been able to run in years. My trainer showed me some muscles that I really needed help with and that he struggled with the same thing after he was done running. The program I am on is to get me running again which is another great part of this program is that goals are unique to what you are looking for! Great business and great staff, probably should be a six star review!

Nick and his team are kind, understanding, and professional. I have a client who uses this service to help her maintain mobility and muscle tone. Quickhit does a great job helping with mobility issues. I'm grateful for what you have done for my client.

I absolutely loved the workout I had at QuickHIT. I have a busy lifestyle and it's hard to make time for the gym and feel like I got the most out of my workout. But in just 20 minutes I accomplished more than an hour on a treadmill. Would definitely recommend!

Best workout of my life and was done in just 20 min! Honestly would not have believed it was possible until I tried it for myself.nI am now a believer and look forward to each new workout. Used to workout 5-6 days a week now I get everything I need in just 2-3 (20 min sessions) per week. The time I save is really a game changer for me. Any skeptics I challenge you to try it for yourselves.
