VW La Crosse was a very great experience. Their customer service and professionalism was a breathe of fresh air. I had a routine service appointment and when I arrived I was taken care of immediately and offered drinks and snacks while I waiting. My comfort was number one priority. I received routine updates and asked critical questions regarding the performance of my vehicle. I'm visiting the area but was treated as if I was a returning customer. Overall job well done by the staff and service mechanics!
