This shop/dealership gives excellent service! The staff is more than welcome to give you some pointers and help you out. They get their work done and I will never go to another shop after my experience here. I have never been more happy with a car shop, customer for life.

My boyfriend and I went here to look at a 2015 GMC Sierra, when we got there we spoke to the “manager” tony. We took the truck for a test drive and then filled out the application. We were going to trade our SUV that still had a loan on it, so we asked Keenan’s what they wanted to do with it and they said they would take care of it. Assuming that they were going to pay off the loan because he wrote the total that came out to be out to be $21,754.59 after the $3500 for our trade in was taken off. We never got a call so we figured that we were denied, a week or more later we got letters in the mail from Altra and Marine saying that we were in fact denied. When I looked at the loan amount it came to be $26,075!!! We had never agreed to that amount and we have a paper showing the SUBTOTAL!!! I called Keenan’s and confronted them, they told my boyfriend that he “misunderstood” what the price was. I was sitting in the same room as my boyfriend we heard the same thing, the same price and never once did he say that he was going to put our old loan on top of our new one. We agreed on the $21,754.59 because that’s what he told us it would be, when I called him he was very condescending trying to talk over me and I did not have it! I told him that I was going to tell people of their fraudulent acts!! He’s very disrespectful, and I would not go through them. He told me he was going to turn me in for writing a review and letting the banks know that this was something i or my boyfriend did not approve of.
