My son in law pulled under a low hanging branch with his travel trailer. That’s his fault. He got in about 2:00 am. The next day he took the trailer to Coulee Rv to have the damage inspected and repaired. His trailer set in their lot for over a week so we went to pick it up and they said it would be $1200 to $1500. So they had obviously looked at it. He found a new a/c for $540.00 online. We went to pick it up and do the repairs ourselves. When we got their to get it I noticed that they hadn’t covered the a/c with plastic or anything. So it sat in the lot for over a week exposed. The interior had water standing in it. This is a total lack of caring about their customers. Anyone with an Rv knows the extent of damage from water. They are supposed to be professionals and believe me, they charge professional prices. Yet they clearly do not hold themselves to the standard of professionalism for which they charge!!!!!!! I was blown away the the incompetence.

I am ecstatic; I had a big problem a leaking hot water tank in a 1985 Itasca Sunflyer with 3 days till camping. Tried JB weld on Wed and it did not work so Thurs morning with 1 business day left in week I called Coulee Region RV and asked if they had any junk water heaters just to get me by. Jason i believe his name was said no there all busted like mine. On a whim I gave him the part number for a replacement tank (they have whole water heaters but im cheap) He checked his supplier and they could get it next day. Amazing I had to pay a little more to get it Friday instead of online but i am so happy with this company. They didnt have to help us I have never bought anything there (my dad had long time ago but wow. NOW TODAY IS SAT IM AT CAMP GROUND I PUT IN NEW TANK (Them rings are a pain in the butt, but I got it) we have hot water. Thank You so much.

They actually have a lot of stuff here for neccessary farm equipment needs. Heavy chain, fill-rite fuel pumps, And the parts selection is surprisingly good for a small/medium shop. 5 stars if the counter guy would actually crack a smile when your greeted.
