Different workouts everyday with someone telling you exactly what to do! Such a fun and exciting environment!

Tired of spending hours a day in a gym and not seeing results? Eupraxia is the place to be! Workouts are a half hour and results show immediately. Everyone works together like a family and encourages you to go bigger and heavier every day! Eupraxia Sparta Staff works great with everyone to make sure proper form is amongst everyone and knowing everyone’s strength to help give that extra push! Its not a routine, it’s a lifestyle for me now. Everyday is a different workout and is split up different parts of the body different days of the week with an awesome kickboxing Wednesday for cardio!
