Ryan and Danielle are awesome! The customer service I received when I was purchasing my 2008 Corvette remotely was nothing less than outstanding! Ryan contacted me after I emailed for more info and he sent me pictures and video, answered any and all of my questions quickly and honestly. Danielle made the paperwork end of the deal, quick and painless! Danielle took the time for all of my questions regarding the license and title as I am from out of state and have never purchased a car this way before. I have been looking for my next Corvette since early summer. I stopped at Jorns in June, met Ryan and described the vehicle I was looking for. He contacted me in late August to let me know he had a car coming in that I may be interested in and it was the perfect car. Ryan was a pleasure to work with. I live out of state and was in Kewaunee to go camping with family and friends! I typically don’t write reviews, however, I had a question on my vehicle and I came into Jorns. The service department was GREAT! Very helpful with my questions. And to top off my great experience the 2 sales men were both GOOD looking. I will be driving 6 hours again just to purchase my vehicle from them both. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!
Bought a 2019 Corvette from Jesse, he made sure I had a super smooth sale all the way thru the process. He stayed in contact, went the extra mile to make sure the car was what I wanted. Danielle also made sure we got a great rate and offered some extras at a better price than any other dealership had been able to.nnI flew into Green Bay from OKC and was at the dealer the next morning, Danielle recognized me the moment I walked in the door. The car was ready to go, shook some hands and chatted for a minute. They had me out the door in less than 30 minutes.nnJesse even checked on me a couple of days later to make sure I made it home safe. One of the best car purchases I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
